The only form of leadership that will bring true solutions to challenges that we face in modern times involves us taking responsibility to dissolve judgments, and criticism/divisions in a practical way, so that unconscious behavior patterns that tend to separate can finally take a back seat. Being positive to displace negativity of overstress, overwork and exhaustion is not enough. We need to understand why and how negativity has been formed for it to truly fall away and be transformed.
